Some of your ideas are good but about half are moronic. Socialism didn't pan out to well for the USSR and it's not going to work for the USSA. There will be no FEMA trailers. No one displaced by fire will be helped. Not like New Orleans at all... more like same as it ever was for Flint. GM doesn't owe Flint a dime.
